院属有关单位:
为进一步提升我院研究生培养国际化水平,拓展研究生国际视野,加强国际学术交流与合作,根据我院与意大利恩纳科雷大学(Università Kore di ENNA)签署的合作协议,现启动2026年春季学期赴意大利交换学习项目遴选工作,有关事项通知如下:
一、项目概况
(一) 项目时间
交换时间:2026年1月1日至2月28日(共8周)。
(二) 项目地点
意大利恩纳科雷大学(详见附件1)。
(三) 选派名额
我院中国籍全日制非定向二年级及以上在读硕士、博士研究生,共4名。
(四) 专业方向
水信息学、水环境、水文水资源、水灾害与水安全等相关专业。
(五) 学习内容
研究生赴意后将通过模型演算、试验分析等方式,学习包括水质处理、城市洪水分析、河道洪水模型、供水管网漏损管理等内容(具体可根据学生个人研究计划商定)。
二、项目支出
(一) 机票补助
意方将提供一次性机票补贴,标准为1700欧元/人,其中:
1. 补贴实行包干制,超支部分由研究生个人承担;
2. 研究生自行购买中国—意大利之间的往返机票,并保留票据备查;
3. 补贴款项将在研究生赴意完成入学注册、银行开户等手续后,由意方直接发放至研究生账户。
(二) 生活补助
意方将提供生活补助,标准为2000欧元/人/月,其中:
1. 住宿方面,意方将提供推荐房源和必要协助,研究生可在意方支持下自主选择居住地点及条件;
2. 饮食方面,交换期间餐饮由研究生自理,相关费用也包含在生活补贴中;
3. 生活补助将在研究生赴意完成入学注册、银行开户等手续后,由意方直接发放至研究生账户。
(三) 其他费用
交换涉及到的体检、保险、签证等费用由研究生自理。
三、申请条件
(一) 思想品德
拥护中国共产党的领导,具有正确的政治方向,热爱祖国,自觉维护国家和民族的利益,熟悉国家外事政策、严守国家外事纪律。诚实守信,道德优良,身心健康,在校期间无违规、违纪记录。
(二) 语言能力
全国大学英语六级考试500分及以上,或雅思6.0分/托福70分及以上。
(三) 学业成绩
学业成绩平均分80分及以上,无不及格课程记录。
四、选拔程序
(一) 报名申请
本人填写中国水科院研究生国际交换申请表(附件2),经导师同意、培养单位审核后,与以下材料一并提交至研究生院(电子扫描件发送至研究生院邮箱graduateoffice@iwhr.com,纸质版交至研究生院711办公室)。
1. 语言能力证明;
2. 成绩单(研究生院签章);
3. 英文申请信(Motivation Letter,包括自我介绍、申请动机、学习经历、成果和学习计划等,不超过2页);
4. 英文个人简历;
5. 其他支撑材料(获奖证书、发表论文、国际经历等)。
(二) 审核遴选
研究生院将于11月11日(周二)在705会议室组织专家开展答辩、评审工作,具体会议时间另行通知。申请人应结合申请信内容准备英文汇报PPT,并提前交至研究生院邮箱graduateoffice@iwhr.com。
评审结果将在全院范围内公示,无异议后确定最终名单。
五、申请时间
2025年11月3日-2025年11月9日。
六、派出流程
(一) 出境体检
赴意候选人名单确定后,候选人应尽快前往海关总署(北京)国际旅行卫生保健中心完成出境体检,并将体检合格证明提交至研究生院。
(二) 责任承诺
候选人及其家长应签署安全责任承诺书(详见附件3),知晓并同意由学生本人及其家长为在意期间所有意外伤害、旅行医疗、意外身故、财产损失、紧急医疗救援服务负责。我院将为学生赴意交换提供协助。
(三) 机票保险
研究生院将协助候选人联系意方购买往返机票,具体细节待与意方进一步核实后商定。
候选人在整个交换期间应自行购买覆盖全程的国际旅行险,险种包括但不限于境外意外伤害、旅行医疗、意外身故、财产损失、紧急医疗救援服务等。
(四) 签证办理
候选人应通过意大利驻华大使馆自行预约办理签证。研究生院将协助候选人联系意方,开具必要的录取通知书或邀请信、在学证明等材料。
(五) 行前教育
候选人在离院前应完成行前教育,内容涵盖政治纪律、外事纪律、保密纪律等。
(六) 赴意交换
候选人赴意开展交换,在外期间应与院内保持联系,认真开展科研学习工作,待交换结束后安全返回国内。
(七) 报告撰写
研究生返回后应撰写交换报告,内容包含交换基本情况、主要学习内容、感想与体会等,要求语言流畅、逻辑清晰、文字精炼,不超过2000字。

Call for Selecting Graduate Students for Exchange Program at Kore University of Enna, Italy
In accordance with the cooperation agreement signed between IWHR and Kore University of Enna, Italy, we are now initiating the application process for the Spring 2026 exchange program to Italy. Details are as follows:
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
1.1. Duration
January 1 – February 28, 2026 (8 weeks).
1.2. Location
Kore University of Enna, Italy (see Attachment 1).
1.3. Quota
4 full-time Chinese master’s or doctoral students (second-year or above) of IWHR.
1.4. Fields of Study
Hydro-informatics, Water Environment, Hydrology and Water Resources, Water Disasters and Security, or related disciplines.
1.5. Study Content
Students will engage in model simulations, experimental analyses, and other methods to study topics including water quality treatment, urban flood analysis, river flood modeling, and water supply network leakage management (specific content may be adjusted based on individual research plans).
2. FEES AND FUNDINGS
2.1. Flight Allowance
Kore University of Enna will provide a one-time flight allowance of €1,700 per person.
- The allowance is fixed, and any excess cost shall be borne by the student.
- Students must purchase round-trip tickets (China-Italy) independently and retain receipts for verification.
- The allowance will be disbursed directly to the student’s bank account after completing enrollment and bank account registration procedures in Italy.
2.2. Living Allowance
A monthly living allowance of €2,000 per person will be provided.
- For accommodation, Kore University of Enna will recommend housing options and provide necessary assistance, but students may choose their own residence.
- Meals and other living expenses shall be covered by the student using the allowance.
- The allowance will be disbursed directly to the student’s bank account after completing enrollment and bank account registration procedures in Italy.
2.3. Other Expenses
Costs related to medical checkups, insurance, visas, etc., shall be borne by the student.
3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
3.1. Basic Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate good moral character, physical and mental health, and a clean disciplinary record.
3.2. Language Proficiency
Applicants must satisfy one of the following requirements:
- CET-6 grade of 500 or above;
- IELTS overall grade of 6.0 or above;
- TOEFL overall grade of 70 or above.
3.3. Academic Performance
Minimum GPA of 80 (or equivalent), with no failed courses.
4. SELECTION PROCESS
4.1. Application Submission
Applicants should complete IWHR International Exchange Application Form (Attachment 2) and submit it with the following documents to the Graduate School (scanned copies to graduateoffice@iwhr.com, hard copies to Office 711, Graduate School) after obtaining approval from the supervisor and the department.
- Application Form (with the approval of the supervisors and the department).
- Language proficiency certificate.
- Official transcript (stamped by the Graduate School).
- English Motivation letter (self-introduction, reasons for application, academic background, research achievements, and study plan; within 2 pages).
- English Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Supplementary materials (awards, publications, prior international experience, etc.).
4.2. Review and Selection
The Graduate School will organize an expert review and oral presentation session (November 11th, Tuesday, Room 705). Applicants must prepare slides presentation in English based on their motivation letter and submit it in advance to graduateoffice@iwhr.com. Final candidates will be announced after public notification and approval.
5. APPLICATION DEADLINE
November 3rd - 9th , 2025.
6. POST-SELECTION PROCEDURES
6.1. Medical Check
Candidates must undergo a health examination at the Customs International Travel Healthcare Center (Beijing) and submit the health certificate to the Graduate School.
6.2. Liability Agreement
Candidates and their parents shall sign the Safety Liability Commitment Form (see Attachment 3), acknowledging and agreeing that the student and their parents shall bear full responsibility for all risks during the stay in Italy, including but not limited to: accidental injury, travel medical expenses, accidental death, property loss, and emergency medical rescue services. IWHR will provide support for the student’s exchange.
6.3. Travel Arrangements
The Graduate School will assist with coordinating flights (details pending confirmation from Kore University of Enna).
Candidates must purchase comprehensive international travel insurance covering accidents, medical emergencies, property loss, etc.
6.4. Visa Process
Candidates must apply for a visa independently through the Italian Embassy/Consulate. The Graduate School will assist in providing necessary documents (enrollment proof, etc.).
6.5. Pre-Departure Briefing
Candidates must attend a briefing on foreign affairs, safety attention, and confidentiality regulations before departure.
6.6. Post-Program Report
Candidates should submit a final report (within 2,000 words) summarizing study experience, key learnings, and reflections after returning.
