Brief Introduction to Research Interests and Academic Achievements |
RESEARCH INTERESTS: Evapotranspiration processes and the complementary principle for regional evapotranspiration estimation; Investigating the impact of climate change and adaptation strategies for the agricultural water management. Academic Achievements: Different from the traditional methodology maintaining the linear complementary relationship, Dr. Han has proposed a nonlinear function approach, and derived a sigmoid function by invoking boundary conditions. The nonlinear function approach supplies a new framework for the research of complementary principle. Dr. Han has authored 23 peer-reviewed international journal papers, and has won the 2015 Wiley Award for the Top Cited Invited Commentary, the first prize for Science & technology Development/Achievement of the Ministry of Education, and the second prize for Agricultural Eater Saving Technology. |
