Brief Introduction to Research Interests and Academic Achievements |
Mainly engaged in applied research in water resources remote sensing science and technology, the research domains include remote sensing emergency monitoring of the entire process of flood disasters, quantitative remote sensing of drought, remote sensing hydrology, low-altitude remote sensing and equipment, etc. Proposed the Cross-spatiotemporal Remote Sensing (CRS) application theoretical research framework, promoting the development of the discipline of water resources remote sensing; developed an operational platform for full-process remote sensing emergency monitoring of flood disasters with a complete business chain, providing strong technical support for national flood disaster emergency response and mitigation; established remote sensing monitoring and assessment techniques for actual irrigated area and irrigation water use efficiency, as well as UAV-based low-altitude remote sensing technology for crop drought conditions, overcoming key technical bottlenecks in agricultural drought remote sensing monitoring and assessment. Published a total of 71 papers; authorized 54 patents; received 8 provincial/ministerial awards and 7 bureau-level awards; led the compilation of 1 national industry standard and 1 local standard; 8 technologies were included in the Water Resources Technology Promotion Catalog. In 2023, made outstanding contributions to the Ministry of Water Resources' "Study on Important Discourse on Water Governance, Building New Achievements in Flood Control and Drought Relief," receiving a collective commendation; selected as a "Product Development Talent" under the Chinese Academy of Water Resources and Hydropower Research's "Five Major Talent" program during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. |
