Academic and Professional Experience

In 2005, as the team leader, established the first research team of drought and disaster reduction, which affiliated to the Ministry of Water Resources, and engaged in the research of basic theory, key technology and management strategy of drought and disaster reduction;

In 2015, obtained Asian Development Bank "Outstanding Achievement Award";

As a tutor in IWHR, she has trained 3 master and 2PhD,1 PHD is studying.

The main research directions are: drought technical standard and disaster reduction planning, drought monitoring, analysis and early warning technology, drought forecasting technology, drought assessment technology, drought decision support technology, drought and disaster reduction strategy.
