From 1998.9 to 2002.6, studied in College of Energy and Environmental Engineering, Hebei University of Engineering, and got a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering.

From 2002.9 to 2005.4, studied in the Department of Geotechnical Engineering, IWHR, and got a Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering.

From 2008.9 to 2013.6, studied in the Department of Geotechnical Engineering, IWHR, and got a Doctor’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering.

Achievements

Mainly research interests include the test and analysis of rockmass mechanical characteristics of hydraulic and hydropower engineering, Stability analysis and reinforcement treatment of high rockmass slope, Mechanisms and key technologies of prestressed anchorage, and development and application of key technologies for intelligent management and control of water conservancy engineering and so on.     

As the technical leader and main principal technical participant of the project, He has participated in the national scientific and technological support project of “11^th Five-Years plan”, “12^th Five-Years plan”, “13^th Five-Years plan”, and the national major basic research project (“973 project”), as well as the special project of public welfare founds of Ministry of Water Resources, and others major national, provincial and ministerial research projects.

He has also participated many engineering scientific research and consulting projects, including the three gorges project, Xiaolangdi water conservancy project, Xinjiang Altashi water conservancy project, intelligent construction project of Jingxiong High-speed Railway and so on.

3 monographs, more than 40 papers had been published. And more than 20 patents and the 12 software copyrights had been obtained. And 1 Yuk award had been won.
