In order to promote the IWHR international students admission work 2020, the annual international students online interview has been organized on August 1st 2020, based on regulations of International Students Admission Implementing Measures of China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (On Trial), and relevant entry & exit national policies with regard to COVID-19. The Interview was chaired by Professor Wang Yicheng, the dean of IWHR Graduate School. Experts from relevant departments and members from IWHR Graduate School attended the interview.
The venue of the interview
To implement the international students admission work effectively and improve the students’ quality, IWHR formulated and issued the admission brochures in advance, assessed all application documents submitted by international candidates, and determined the candidate shortlist for the online interview according to the national policies and International Students Admission Implementing Measures of China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (On Trial). The experts group has given a comprehensive judgment to each candidate in terms of their English ability, professional competence and overall quality based on their application documents and performance during the interview.
