Winter vacation is coming, to make international students have a safe and happy holiday, we hereby inform you about the 2024 winter vacation arrangement as follows:
1. The winter vacation for international students in 2024 will be from January 19th to February 19th. Please arrange your vacation time according to the requirements of your supervisor and training unit. In case you plan to leave the campus, please apply and report to the Graduate School in advance, and pay attention to your personal and financial safety on the way back and forth.
2. The registration period of international students for the Spring Semester of 2024 will be February 20th-21st. Please come to the International Student Office of the Graduate School to register and report in time. Those who fail to register within the time limit for no reason shall be considered as automatic withdrawal.
3. Please keep in touch with your supervisor, pay attention to your personal health, and inform your family and supervisor regarding your vacation arrangements in advance.
4. Strengthen personal safety precautions regarding low temperature, slippery, fire, theft, fraud, and raise safety awareness.
