Dear supervisors and students,

Summer vacation is coming, in order to make international students have a safe and happy holiday, we hereby inform you about the 2025 summer vacation arrangement as follows:

1. The summer vacation for international students in 2025 will be from July 18th to August 18th. Please arrange your vacation time according to the requirements of your supervisor and training unit. In case you plan to leave the campus, please apply and report to the graduate School in advance, and pay attention to your personal and financial safety on the way back and forth.

2. The registration period of international students for the Fall semester of 2025 will be August 18th -19th. Please come to the International Student Office of the Graduate School to register and report in time. Those who fail to register within the time limit for no reason shall be considered as automatic withdrawal.

3. Please keep in touch with your supervisor / students, pay attention to your personal protection, wear masks and wash hands frequently, gather less and be the first responsible person for your own health.

4. Strengthen personal safety precautions regarding high temperature, drowning, fire, theft, fraud, traffic accidents, gas poisoning and food poisoning, and raise safety awareness.
